It was my unexpected attempt to transfer the amount to the fraud ID thinking of its as my company CEO Arshan Vakil, I got a mail on the name of My CEO Arshan Vakil conversation started with coming to office and asking for a vendor transaction that need to be done urgently ,Was Tensed with the request i got from ID on the name of my CEO, Arshan Vakil and have sent the amount of Rs.33800 (Thirty three thousand eight hundred rupees ) to the account details they provided ,īeing as a poor employee in Company recently i lost my Mother (With Brain Stroke),Brother (With Car Accident in UGANDA) and GrandMother (with Corona ) in Corona tragedy, I was helped a lot my CEO to come out of expensis i had in Corona pandemic situations, Keeping this in mind i requested my Uncle to help me provide 40 thousands and sent to the details i got from the fraud I am very Disappointed with your service i have book a shipment from shiprocket on 19 march 2023 shipping service 15 kg shipment i have selected was amazon my shipment is pickup on 20 march 2023 and on 21 march 2023 status was gurgaon haryana -122052 in time was 5:51 PM after 6 days when i check there is no updation on the site of shiprocket then i rasie a complain on shiprocket custumer care panel and i was complaining regular to shiprocket but there is not update on a site of shiprocket on 3 April 2023 the shipment reach on guwhati and on 4 April 2023 the shipment reach on Meghayla and they deliver the packet on same day 4:36 PM the deliver fake shipment with fake lable recived by the customer the packet weight is approx 250 gram inside goods was rubber band my client was very disappointed because she took order from US client it was custumised order i have make this order in 2 month and they are not deliver at yet and it was urgent shipment when i complain in shiprocket when i raise dispute on 4 April 2023 i regularly follow on mail and 2 time i call every day in custumer care service and now i got mail from shiprocket custumer care service that they have close my complain my client raise a complain on consumer forum and it my duty to update the issue in your all team members because soon she will raise a complain against shiprocket and amazon shipping service ![]()
